Job Title: Preschool Lead Teacher Program: Torah Tots Preschool – Chabad of Kendall About the Organization: Torah Tots Preschool is a new early childhood education program under Chabad of Kendall & Pinecrest, dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment rooted in Jewish values. Our unique educational approach combines Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies, fostering creativity, independence, and hands-on learning while incorporating Jewish traditions. Position Overview: The Preschool Lead Teacher will play a key role in launching and growing our new preschool program, serving as the primary classroom teacher and helping to shape the educational environment and culture from the ground up. This role is ideal for a passionate early childhood educator who values hands-on learning, creativity, and child-centered education. The Lead Teacher will create and implement a blended Montessori and Reggio-inspired curriculum while fostering a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. As the program grows, there may be opportunities for expanded leadership responsibilities. While a Director Credential is not required, it is considered a strong plus for candidates interested in future growth within the program.
