Job Summary We're looking for a Lead Residential Cleaner to join our growing team.This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who takes pride in detailed cleaning, enjoys organizing, and can guide others.As a Lead, you'll work both independently and alongside other team members to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.Duties Perform routine home cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) Lead by example on jobs, ensuring quality standards are met Train and mentor new team members on techniques and efficiency Assist with organizing supplies and communicating with the office about client needs Provide excellent customer service in clients' homes Experience Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience Leadership qualities - dependable, organized, positive attitude Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and be on your feet during shifts Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone Must be able to obtain and provide current background clearances, including PSP Criminal History and Child Abuse Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is beneficial.Schedule & Pay Day shifts, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends) Starting pay:$13-$15/hour (with raise opportunities after training) Part-time with potential to grow into full-time Why Join The Other Mother?
