Lead Residential Remodel Journeyman Electrician

Job Overview Smart Home Electric is looking for an experienced Lead Journeyman Electrician for residential remodels, custom homes, and light commercial work in the Madison area. We are a smaller well-organized electrical contractor with a good reputation, steady work, and a crew that works well together. Most of our work consists of residential remodels along with some smaller commercial projects and custom homes. We are looking for someone who: Can run residential remodel projects independently Can lead and work well with apprentices Takes pride in clean, high-quality work Communicates professionally with homeowners and contractors Is dependable, organized, and motivated What we offer: $38–43/hr depending on experience Company vehicle Overtime opportunities 2 weeks PTO Health insurance contribution 401(k) with company matching Major tools provided Possible 4-day work weeks (4-10s) Long-term growth opportunity for the right person This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work for a smaller company with organized projects, good people, and less corporate structure than many larger shops.
