Responsibilities Lead pest control service appointments, ensuring effective treatment and customer satisfaction Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate pest management solutions Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Conduct inspections using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to identify pest issues and assess property conditions Operate farm machinery, lawn care equipment, and landscaping tools to support maintenance projects when needed Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments performed, and sales activities for reporting purposes Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Requirements Proven experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture fields Strong knowledge of pest management techniques and industry best practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles to various locations Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate customers on pest prevention strategies Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods Willingness to obtain necessary certifications related to pest control or applicable state licensing requirements Join us if you're eager to lead with energy, deliver outstanding service, and grow your career in a vibrant environment!
