You’ll guide a high-performing team while designing and delivering robust, secure, and scalable systems that connect trading platforms with a diverse fleet of energy assets. Lead, mentor, and grow a specialized SCADA engineering team Drive implementation and optimization of asset dispatch and generation management systems Architect and oversee integration between industrial systems and trading platforms Enable real-time visibility through advanced dashboards, alerts, and operational tools Ensure secure connectivity and compliance with industry cybersecurity standards Partner with trading, infrastructure, and global teams to align strategy and execution Oversee onboarding and integration of new energy assets across multiple markets Act as the technical authority on SCADA, AGC systems, and asset connectivity Your Impact You’ll be instrumental in enabling reliable, efficient, and secure energy trading operations—directly supporting a growing portfolio of assets that are reshaping the power landscape.
