About the Companyt2 Design Build is a design-build firm.Our entire project portfolio is proprietary, custom-designed through the direct collaboration of our owner and our Architect.Since our inception, we have maintained a consistent project pipeline, providing our team with the opportunity to engage in diverse and unique construction challenges.Position SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Framer with the leadership capacity to serve as a Team Lead.The successful candidate will be responsible for high-level execution, maintaining open lines of communication with the office, and ensuring all projects adhere strictly to architectural blueprints.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:Accurately interpret blueprints, manage punch lists, and document daily progress through end-of-day site photography.Quality Control:Possess the technical proficiency and professional initiative to identify and rectify structural discrepancies, such as out-of-plumb walls.Team Leadership:Foster a collaborative environment, uphold rigorous safety protocols, and mentor junior staff as the company expands.Professional Conduct:Maintain a high standard of respect and professionalism toward all clients and staff members.Candidate Requirements:Demonstrated desire for professional growth and mastery of the craft.Ability to execute creative, non-standard architectural designs.Must possess a personal set of basic tools (larger equipment is provided by the company).Strong commitment to workplace safety and respectful client relations.Pay:$24.84 - $27.91 per hour Work Location:In person.
