La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role Captains set the standard. You run a section with clean timing, confident guidance, and quiet anticipation. You lead support through choreography, not chaos, and you protect the guest experience through disciplined execution. Responsibilities Lead a section from greeting through farewell with consistent pacing Guide the menu with clarity, restraint, and accuracy Coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar so courses land as intended Direct server assistants and runners with calm, clear communication Maintain a pristine section and station, including tools, glassware, and readiness Support beverage moments with correct wine presentation fundamentals and proper pacing What we are looking for Standards driven service background in elevated dining Strong command of steps of service and dining room pacing Polished presence and guest facing confidence Team leadership mindset and high pride in detail To Apply To apply, email your resume to << removed email >> />Subject line: Captain Lead Server Include a short note, three to five sentences, on how you run standards on a busy night.
