Lead Service Technician

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hard-working person to take on our Lead Service Technician job.This job focuses on providing diagnosis and servicing for our Master Spas customers with their hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold tubs.We pride ourselves as a local, family-owned business that provides stellar service and customer satisfaction.We provide, deliver, and then service all products we carry, and strive to bring relaxation and happiness to all customers.Responsibilities Performing or running diagnostic testing on spas, saunas, or cold tubs for reported issues.Perform repairs and provide excellent service to our customers both new and existing.Utilize a variety of tools, equipment, and devices to diagnose, repair, and complete jobs.Maintain fully operating company vehicle and tools, and provide communication to office for any and all parts, materials, or service to vehicle or tools when needed.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.Qualifications Experience in technical fields, HVAC, or computer skills are a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, hand meters, and other diagnostic tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to customers and office staff.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Clean driving record with a current and valid driving license.What to Expect Starting rate of pay is $20/hour.Starting pay may be negotiable based on prior experience and knowledge.Overtime hours and bonus potentials are always available.There is a 90 day probation and review period where a pay increase may be provided after the review.After the 90 day probation and review, employee will be granted 100% paid insurance (vision, dental, life/accidental death and health through Anthem) and may add additional people to the insurance to pay themselves.Additionally, employees can buy into additional Aflac coverage and/or life insurance Employees may accrue up to 40 hours of paid sick time per year After 1 year of employment, employees gain 5 days of paid vacation per year.Overtime is never limited, and may be required for events and/or long work days Some weekend time (usually Sunday nights) are required for events Company provided vehicle and credit card for company expenses Hours:Monday through Friday, beginning at 6 am and usually finished around 3 pm or sooner.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Expected hours:No less than 40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Tools provided Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute:Overland Park, KS 66213 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Overland Park, KS 66213:Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
