Job#: 3030483 Job Description: Lead ServiceNow Developer Location: Charlotte, NC; McClean, VA; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX; Chandler, AZ (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer for the Technology Exposure Management Engineering team. This role will lead, implement, and support the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module. You will partner with Technical Governance, Platform Architecture, and other developers to ensure designs and coding practices align with scalable enterprise solutions, taking on application development for our ServiceNow Cyber Security Vulnerability Remediation applications. Key Responsibilities Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow VR product. Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives and act as an escalation point for less experienced staff. Design, code, configure, unit test, and maintain software deliverables according to established standards. Resolve technically challenging coding, testing, and escalated platform issues. Lead the team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met, working with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and comply with defined standards and best practices. Collaborate with technical experts, senior teams, and industry groups to resolve complex technical issues. Partner with production support and platform engineering teams. Develop and implement new ServiceNow Applications using low-code or out-of-the-box solutions. Manage API integration with non-ServiceNow applications and maintain documentation in Confluence. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Application development. 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. 1+ years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL. Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator. Must be certified as a ServiceNow Application Developer within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Certified as a ServiceNow Application Developer. Certified as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response. Micro-certifications in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub. Experience in JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS or React. 2+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services. 2+ years of Agile experience. Integration experience with Qualys, Wiz, NVD, Blackduck, or Checkmarx. Compensation & Benefits A pay rate of $69.00 to $72.00 per hour is available for this position.
