Job Description
We are looking for an experienced software engineer and technical leader to help build and scale next-generation AI platforms. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, distributed systems, and applied AI, enabling teams across the organization to efficiently develop and deploy intelligent applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping robust, scalable systems that support a wide range of AI-driven use cases in a rapidly evolving environment. What You’ll Do Architect and develop core platform services that enable AI/ML capabilities across multiple teams Design and implement highly scalable backend systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability Build infrastructure that supports model training, inference, and production deployment across varied environments Work on challenges related to distributed systems, compute orchestration, and large-scale service management Contribute to platform improvements involving containerization, orchestration, and resource optimization Lead technical initiatives from concept to production, including greenfield projects with high impact Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and help elevate team standards and practices Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research teams to accelerate innovation What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in backend or infrastructure development Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers in a technical capacity Deep understanding of distributed systems design, scalability, and fault tolerance Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes or similar ecosystems) Familiarity with cloud platforms or hybrid/on-prem infrastructure environments Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities Strong problem-solving mindset with clear communication and collaboration skills Why This Role Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure with broad organizational impact High ownership and autonomy in shaping technical direction Collaborative environment with strong engineering culture Competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits
