Lead Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA The Lead Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will: Lead all on-site construction activities for a large mixed-use multifamily project Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control from start to finish Coordinate daily with project management teams, inspectors, and ownership Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations Drive project milestones while maintaining schedule and budget expectations Mentor field staff and maintain strong site leadership throughout the build MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
