Job Description
The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers. This role guides daily classroom activities, supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintains strong communication with families. The Lead Teacher also mentors assistant teachers and ensures classroom routines and standards are consistently followed. The Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in providing a caring and structured learning environment. This role supports daily routines, including meals, diapering, supervision, and activities. The Assistant Teacher encourages positive behavior, engages with children during play and learning, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
