Experienced Window Cleaning Technician (Full-Time) | HIRING ASAP | $22–$30/HR + Bonuses Join a Growing Team — Not Just Another Job Titan Pro Wash is hiring an experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our fast-growing exterior cleaning company. We are looking for a motivated, professional team member with a MINIMUM of 2 years of PROFESSIONAL window cleaning experience on residential and commercial properties. Schedule: Full-time First shift (start around 7:00 AM) Some weekends may be required during busy seasons Flexible days off during the week when working weekends What You’ll Be Doing: Professional residential & commercial window cleaning Traditional window cleaning (squeegee/mop technique) Water-Fed Pole Work Ladder work & high-access window cleaning Power washing homes & buildings Soft washing siding & roofs Roof cleaning House washing Gutter cleaningThis is hands-on, physical work — you’ll be active and working outdoors most of the day. Requirements: MINIMUM 2 years PROFESSIONAL window cleaning experience REQUIRED Experience cleaning residential & commercial properties Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver’s license Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift 50–75 lbs Able to carry and climb with 24’–32’ ladders Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Show up on time and work well with a team This Role Is NOT For Everyone: This is fast-paced, physical work.
