Contributes to the overall success of leadership development programs. Other duties as assigned. Tracks learning metrics and provides reporting to recommend improvements. Participates in coaching engagements with various leadership levels and emerging talent. Manages systems to organize and access talent information. Administers approved assessment instruments to support development. Educates leaders and employees on tools and resources for personal growth. Ensures learning solutions are effective and meet organizational needs. Collaborates with Learning, Leadership, and Talent Development partners. Facilitates experiential development plans and individual development activities. Interfaces with all levels of leadership to align learning solutions with organizational goals.
