Posting Date 05/08/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America Senior Technology Learning and Development Training Program Manager General Purpose of the Job The Sr. Technology L&D Training Program Manager (Tech L&D TPM) provides visionary and strategic leadership for the learning lifecycle of programs in DaVita’s Technology portfolio. They act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, learning design and training delivery teams, ensuring that training solutions are not only delivered on time but are also pedagogically sound and aligned with organizational and program goals. Working in conjunction with Product, IT, and business stakeholders, TPMs help map out, define and execute the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the program’s overall objectives. They focus on strategy, implementation and management of projects and resources appropriately within Tech L&D. Responsibilities General This role will support the portfolio of learning initiatives targeted for the development of Technology teammates. Establish active engagement and positive relationships with the Subject Matter Experts and partners. Work In Conjunction With Business & IT Leaders To Identify a comprehensive impact assessment on teammates, groups and teams affected by the Program’s initiatives. Evaluate and define impacts from the Program’s deployment. Establish Program-level deployment timeline. Own the establishment of a Program-level strategy. Ensures appropriate coordination across impacted partners and internal processes to ensure a smooth delivery. Training Enablement & Delivery Oversee the end-to-end content development lifecycle for training initiatives. Establish timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality training assets. Create and update courses, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and other performance support collateral, as needed. Sync classroom delivery with digital performance support, ensuring that what is taught in a session is perfectly mirrored in the job aids and guides teammates use back at their desks. Ensure our trainers never walk into a session unprepared. You provide the backstage support that allows them to shine in the spotlight. Attend and evaluate live training sessions to gather real-time feedback, ensuring delivery remains high-energy, on-track, and impactful. Act as a trusted advisor to teammates, providing constructive feedback on delivery techniques and content flow to elevate the overall quality of the learning experience. Content Library Management Maintain an up-to-date and organized listing of all training content in our Technology learning library. This includes version control and archiving outdated materials. General Training Support Provide administrative and logistical support for training initiatives as needed, including communication and reporting. Share ongoing program status and deployment information with L&D leadership team. Required Skills & Qualifications The Foundation: You bring a Bachelor’s degree to the table (or the equivalent "school of hard knocks" experience) in a field like Instructional Design, Business - basically, you have a proven track record of learning complex systems and applying them. Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience and expertise with managing internal development programs for technical teams. Examples include leadership development, technical skills upskilling, certification tracks etc. Content Development Skills: The ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content using tools like Articulate, Canva, Camtasia. Project Management: Experience with identifying and implementing various project management methodologies to keep a high-volume team on track on large/uber sized, highly complex projects. Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and align training initiatives with long-term business objectives. Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to catch errors and inconsistencies in training materials. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain a content library, and prioritize incoming requests. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and other stakeholders.
