You must have transportation to the center. As a Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Learning Center. (Mon-Thu: 11am-8pm, Sat: 8:30am-1:30pm) You will be expected to meet revenue and operations goals and own the following components: EDUCATION Offer students the best education possible while adhering to the Huntington Code of Ethics and the Brand Standards Manual. Performing initial consults, administering academic evaluations, and assisting new students. Supervise instruction; insure effectiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and competency of all instruction. Review student programs to assess progress and ensure academic achievement. Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs. Maintain Student Permanent Folders and Student Instructional Binders. Review each student's instructional program at least once per week. MANAGEMENT Managing the front office, providing superior customer service to our students, and monitoring daily center activities. Monitor center inventory supplies. Perform daily and monthly financial activities. Conduct Parent and Student Interim Conferences as needed. Hire, train, manage, motivate, and evaluate part-time teachers, conduct monthly teacher meetings. Create and maintain student and teacher schedules. Anticipate teacher needs. The candidate should have the following: Minimum of a Bachelors degree (Management or Education preferred) 1 – 2 years of management, customer service, sales and/or education experience. Possess a sincere desire and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of students and their families. Excellent oral, written communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Collaborative, team-based approach and flexible with change.
