In this role, you will be instrumental in designing performance-driven learning experiences that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will simplify complex tax and product concepts into clear, impactful learning solutions. Your work will not only support our global go-to-market teams but also drive measurable skill adoption across the organization. Accountabilities Conduct performance and learner analysis; define measurable goals using Backwards Design and Action Mapping principles. Develop eLearning materials, certification content, and visually appealing presentations to simplify complex information. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create clear learning assets and performance support tools. Measure the effectiveness of programs using learner data and evaluation models; iterate based on insights. Requirements 5+ years of experience designing instructional solutions in a corporate environment. Expertise in outcome-based design methodologies and ability to write measurable learning goals. Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating clear and engaging content. Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or similar platforms. Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content development and efficiency. Strong writing skills to convert complex ideas into clear learning content.
