Job description Nutricion Fundamental, Inc(TM) was established in 1994 as a specialized grocery store focuses on supporting women, infants and children (families) participating in the WIC program.Our goal is to provide healthy foods for your family.We make it an easy and convenient way to shop with your vouchers.JOB Summary:The Lease and Compliance Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's real estate portfolio, licensing, and regulatory compliance functions across approximately 80 retail locations.This position ensures that all store properties, company vehicles, and operational permits remain fully compliant with municipal, county, and state requirements.Acting as the central point of coordination between property owners, regulatory agencies, and internal departments, this role safeguards business continuity by proactively managing renewals, documentation, and contract obligations.The Lease and Compliance Administrator also supports broader operational initiatives The Inventory Analyst Accountant is responsible for the processes and continuous improvement projects related to inventory costs across the organization.Essential Functions: Lease Administration Maintain a comprehensive digital portfolio of all lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.Track key lease milestones, including renewal and rent-increase dates, to ensure timely action and alignment with business needs.Collaborate with landlords, property management firms, and legal counsel to resolve lease discrepancies or compliance issues.Support CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, rent payments, and related utility account coordination.Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure lease-related expenses are properly coded, budgeted, and reconciled. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Manage all business licenses, health permits, and environmental or state-required certifications for every store location.Monitor expiration schedules, submit renewal applications, and maintain accurate records of compliance.Interface with city, county, and state agencies to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulations affecting store operations.Maintain up-to-date documentation for corporate and fleet vehicle registrations, titles, and renewals.o Track and report compliance metrics to leadership, highlighting areas of risk and upcoming renewals. Governance and Reporting Develop and maintain a centralized compliance database and document management system to ensure accessibility and accuracy.Prepare monthly compliance status reports for corporate leadership, including renewal timelines, active leases, and outstanding documentation.Support internal and external audits by providing organized, complete records of permits, leases, and regulatory correspondence.Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline compliance and document control. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Serve as a liaison among Operations, Accounting, Legal, and external bidders or property partners.Support special projects, policy updates, and internal communication related to compliance and lease management.Contribute to corporate initiatives involving new store openings, closures, or remodels by providing required permits and documentation.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of real estate lease terms, compliance frameworks, and licensing regulations.Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional judgment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management platforms or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Yardi or SharePoint) preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.MINIMUM Qualifications:Education and experience equivalent to:Education/Certification:Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting or related fields.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or regulatory compliance, preferably within a multi-site retail or grocery environment.Proven track record managing high-volume documentation, deadlines and cross-functional communication.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail Data-driven, analytically oriented with a commitment to process improvement Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines Must be agile and willing to work with a continuously changing atmosphere A great attitude, enthusiasm and drive to help a solid business grow Ability to plan and meet schedules Able to use all related computer equipment and applications Works well in a team environment Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to join a growing industry and company Competitive compensation, hiring range:$65,000 - $70
