Job Title: Lease-Up Coordinator Created Date: May 7, 2026 Location: Manteca, CA (Onsite) Shift: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (some weekend availability may be required) Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $25.00 – $27.00 per hour DOE, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary W2 Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease-Up Coordinator to support a new residential community during an active lease-up phase. This role will focus on providing administrative and customer service support to the onsite team, helping manage a high volume of inquiries, applications, and resident communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, and creating a smooth and positive experience for prospective and new residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the onsite leasing and property management team Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner Assist with application processing, document collection, and file management Maintain accurate and organized records within property management systems Support scheduling of tours and follow-up communication with prospective residents Coordinate move-in logistics and assist with onboarding communication for new residents Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking leasing activity Partner with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process during a high-volume period Qualifications: 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or property management support experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling a high volume of communication and tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Chowchilla What We’re Looking For: Someone who is organized, responsive, and enjoys supporting a team behind the scenes A strong communicator who creates a positive experience for residents Someone who can handle volume without getting overwhelmed A reliable team player who is adaptable and willing to jump in where needed Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
