This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one! Role And Responsibilities Provide tours of rental properties to prospects. Follow up by telephone and email to prospects. Assist in Leasing Events. Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry. Answer Phones. Property Inspections. Requirements Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED
