Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining residents by providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our properties.This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of leasing processes, and the ability to build positive relationships with potential tenants.Duties Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.Negotiate lease terms and conditions while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.Manage tenant inquiries and concerns effectively, utilizing strong conflict management skills.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and in-person interactions.Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.Skills Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close leasing agreements.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects.Proficient in office software applications; experience with OneSite is a plus.Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant issues professionally.Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking is advantageous.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.Join our team as a Leasing Consultant where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your career in property management!
