Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role located in Brighton, MI. The Leasing Consultant will provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents by answering inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting with leasing processes. Responsibilities include building positive relationships with prospects and residents, conducting market research to ensure competitive pricing, handling rental applications, managing lease agreements, and coordinating move-ins. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming community environment. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries, provide tours, and build positive relationships with prospective and current residents. Sales and marketing abilities, including showcasing properties, closing lease agreements, and maintaining strong community reputation and appeal. Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing lease documents, rental applications, market research, and coordinating move-in processes. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in resolving resident concerns and maintaining leasing records accurately. Proficiency with leasing software and other basic computer applications is a plus. Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
