We have inventory. We have leads. We have systems. What we need is someone who can convert. COMPENSATION $35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission that scales with your output: Leases 1-10: $100 per lease Leases 11-25: $150 per lease Leases 26+: $200 per lease Renewals: $25 per renewal No cap. Ever.
