Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Rochester, NY. The Leasing Consultant will handle leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist prospects in finding the right home. Responsibilities include managing lease administration processes, addressing resident questions, fostering resident retention through excellent customer service, and supporting property management initiatives to maintain community satisfaction and performance. Qualifications Experience with leasing processes, lease administration, and managing related documentation. Strong resident retention skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships and addressing resident needs. Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with residents and potential tenants. Detail-oriented and organized, with proficiency in administrative tasks and property management systems. Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management preferred.
