Job Description Summary The Leasing Professional is responsible for executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a strong understanding of the community’s offerings. The Leasing Professional supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages lease renewals. Responsibilities include lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with on-site team members to enhance the overall resident experience. The Leasing Professional upholds Greystar’s professional standards and ethical expectations while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests.
