Compass Lease, LLC is seeking a self-motivated Lease Administrator for our Trailer Leasing division. As a Lease Administrator, you should have basic mechanical and technological aptitude in addition to enjoying interacting with people. You must be self-motivated and conscientious with a strong work ethic. It is also crucial that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships. Specific Qualifications: Ability to build relationships that are built on integrity Proficiency with computers and software applications Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Solid organizational and time management skills 1-2 years of experience in the equipment rental industry preferred 1-2 years of experience in an Operational or Customer Service role required Essential Duties: Generate customer rental agreements Inspect trailers (including climbing inside and crawling underneath) to complete an inspection checklist Assign trailer repair work to outside vendors to get damaged trailers back in service ASAP Serve customers on their terms, determining their equipment needs and price range and providing them with appropriate trailer rental options Handle customer accounts, including credit and collections Print reports and follow up on various administrative tasks Ensure that customers have the proper insurance prior to renting a trailer Conduct periodic inventory of our trailers Manage relationships with technicians-external vendors Provide coverage at other branches, as needed Benefits Compass Holding, LLC has a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, optional disability, and life insurance.
