Position Summary Manages and supports employee leave of absence programs, including sick leave, short- and long-term disability, FMLA, and ADA. Ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies while advising employees on leave-related matters and coordinating return-to-work accommodations. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Administers employee leave of absence programs, including sick leave, short- and long-term disability, FMLA, ADA, and other qualified leaves. Maintains an up-to-date understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Advises employees on company policies, guidelines, and documentation requirements related to leaves of absence. Monitors and tracks employee absence status, required documentation, and return-to-work dates. Coordinates with managers to facilitate modified work schedules or accommodations for employees returning to work after a leave. Works closely with HR, payroll, and management teams to ensure timely processing of leave requests and associated benefits. Assists in the design of leave-related plans, policy updates, and vendor management. Serves as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their leave status or processes
