WELCOME TO LEGACY KUSH NOW HIRING BUDTENDERS/RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES This position is ideal for someone with friendly customer service skills and bring positive contributions to our team! Open availability required: mornings, nights, and weekends with ability to work 6-10 hour shifts. Time management, dependability, and punctuality are required: Actively engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions, and drive product sales Proficiency using point-of-sale systems and business communication applications Display integrity, attention to detail, and strong teamwork Responsibilities Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Skills Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available Wage: From $18.00 per hour + tips Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule: 8-10 hour shift Holidays Available Weekends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Work Location: In person
