Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support our Nursing Home Negligence team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with attorneys and litigation paralegals, gaining hands-on experience in legal operations and case management. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Communicating with clients to gather information and provide updates Requesting and following up on medical records Drafting basic legal pleadings Managing and organizing case documents and data in our case management system Assisting with various other legal tasks to support the team’s work This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and professional development, making it ideal for someone eager to learn about the legal and litigation process.
