This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with attorneys, clients, and finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations. Billing Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan and paid time off Hybrid schedule with mandatory in-office presence 4 days per week, including Mondays Collaborative and professional team environment Opportunities for leadership growth and operational impact Billing Manager Requirements & Qualifications 10+ years of law firm billing experience Strong experience with Finance Core, Coyote, and Tabs Experience managing complex legal billing and e-billing compliance Advanced Excel and reporting skills Prior billing team leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Billing Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience supporting AmLaw or multi-office law firms Background with e-billing platforms and client audit compliance Strong process improvement and billing operations experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred Billing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee the full legal billing cycle, including prebills, edits, invoices, write-downs, and adjustments Manage complex billing arrangements, including hourly, fixed fee, and alternative fee structures Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and e-billing requirements Partner with attorneys and leadership to resolve billing issues and improve processes Monitor realization, aged receivables, and unbilled time Lead and mentor billing staff Generate billing reports and support month-end and year-end financial processes JOB ID : 175614 #post Arsham Kamali To Apply for this Job Click Here , $130,000 - $150,000,
