Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Practice Assistant to provide support to its litigation team in Columbia, SC. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and edit legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence Assist with time entry, billing support, and administrative tracking File legal documents electronically and maintain organized records Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and internal team members Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys Support general litigation administrative needs as they arise Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Prior experience in litigation support or a legal administrative role required
