Spinelli, Donald & Nott is a very busy AV Rated civil litigation law firm in Sacramento seeks full-time Legal Secretary with litigation experience.The applicant will work on public entity and insurance defense matters, and personal injury litigation.This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and initiative, positive attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment.Must have exceptional people and customer service skills, and professional interaction with clients, opposing counsel and witnesses.Must be familiar with MS Word, Outlook and Abacus.Experience Must Include:Federal and State Court Procedures Calendaring Skills Preparing Legal Documents/Correspondence Organizing Discovery and Subpoenas Transcription Proof Reading and Composition Law and Motion Trial Preparation Job Type:Full-time Pay:$60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:civil litigation:3 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
