Library Branch Assistant

Join our library staff and help us provide friendly, high quality customer service to the community! Our Branch Assistants regularly:Help patrons find library materials Shelve and display library materials Use a computer to manage circulation and patron accounts Assist patrons with technology Answer patron questions Maintain a neat and welcoming library environment Collect fees and make change as needed Cover the operation of the branch if the manager is absent Branch Assistants are required to be high school graduates and have 1 year of library or related experience.The first week or two of employment will be training at the main library in Lumberton.A background check is required before employment.Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $12.50 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Application Question(s):What hours are you available to work Monday - Saturday?
