The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Building & Grounds Worker for the Minot Public Library, with an application deadline of Friday, February 27th 2026.Nature of Work This is a manual and semi-skilled custodial and grounds work in the care, cleaning and maintenance of the Minot Public Library and property.Work is performed under the general direction of a supervisor on-duty.75-90% of time works a regular schedule including every Saturday, with a 7:00 AM start.10-25% of time works irregular shifts (special projects such as cleaning carpet and waxing floors, weather changes, etc.).Please read the attached job description for complete details.Education, Experience, Other Requirements Graduation from high school and practical knowledge of, or some experience in, building maintenance and groundskeeping work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.Possession of a valid North Dakota driver license.Compensation and Benefits The assigned salary range for Library Building & Grounds Worker is $21.48- $31.89 per hour which is a salary range of $48,118- $71,432.This is a full time, FLSA non-exempt position eligible for overtime.This is a fully benefitted position.Application Requirements Requirement Details Online Application Required A City of Minot Application for Employment must be submitted through the City of Minot website at https://www.minotnd.gov/jobs.Questions?
