We're looking for a licensed, field-ready agent to serve as the dedicated point of contact for our sellers from the moment a home hits the market through the day it closes. HOW THIS ROLE WORKS You are embedded in every listing. You're in the home, on the phone with the seller, coordinating every vendor, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role — sellers will know your name, and they'll rely on you. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Serve as the seller's dedicated point of contact from day one through closing Walk the property and advise on preparation, presentation, and staging Coordinate and be present for photography, video, and all pre-market activity Open homes for showings and host open houses professionally Deliver showing feedback, market updates, and clear next steps directly to sellers Manage all vendor relationships — stagers, photographers, cleaners, contractors Support sellers through price conversations and any concerns that arise Oversee the full transaction from accepted offer to closing table Protect the five-star experience this team is known for WHO YOU ARE Active NY real estate salesperson or broker license (required) A doer — you take ownership, solve problems, and move without being told Polished and professional in every interaction with sellers, agents, and vendors An exceptional communicator who keeps everyone calm, informed, and on track Highly organized with strong follow-through and zero tolerance for dropped balls Comfortable in the field — this role is in homes, not behind a desk Reliable vehicle, full flexibility including evenings and weekends Knowledge of Queens and Long Island neighborhoods a strong plus WHAT WE OFFER A built-in pipeline of seller clients — no cold prospecting The opportunity to work within a high-volume, top-ranked operation A trusted brand with 1,000+ five-star reviews behind every interaction Competitive commission structure — discussed at interview This role is for someone who takes pride in the details, thrives under accountability, and wants to be the reason sellers rave about their experience.
