Per Diem | Available In the Philadelphia, PA Area | School-Based Services Rate: Individual Service Rate: $36.00/HR-$39.00/HR Licensed Rate: $39.00/HR-$42.00/HR Group Service Rate: $42.00/HR-$44.00/HR Training Rate: $16.82/HR Job Summary COMHAR is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Behavioral Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized, person-centered behavioral support and therapeutic services to children, youth, and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs in the IBHS program. You will work directly with clients in their homes, schools, and community settings, implementing treatment plans, promoting positive behavior, and fostering independence, dignity, and well-being. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful outcomes and community integration. Key Responsibilities Licensed Behavioral Consultant work in collaboration with other members of the treatment team in order to design and direct the implementation of a behavioral modification intervention plan which is individualized to each child or adolescent and to family needs as well as considering the context of the educational, community or home setting. Complete and Conducts Client Assessments within 15 days of initiation of Services Observation of the child in the school, community or home setting as part of the initial assessment in preparation for designing the intervention plan.
