Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team and establish an in-house civil engineering presence within our architecture and design group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and enjoys working across diverse project types — from custom residential to large-scale commercial developments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both design and precision engineering, capable of producing complete, buildable civil drawings, and comfortable managing multiple active projects. This position offers the opportunity to influence meaningful work within a team that values culture, collaboration, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee civil design for a range of projects, including commercial, custom residential, and mixed-use developments. Produce, review, and stamp complete construction documents (grading, drainage, utilities, and site development). Collaborate daily with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines. Participate in weekly team meetings and project progress reviews. Manage multiple ongoing projects
