A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide mental health care for children and families. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive therapy and care plan development for children up to age 18 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in professional development Participate in community engagement and supervise pre-licensed trainees Required Qualifications Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D licensure with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma Completion of a national examination (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB) Experience providing care both in-person and virtually Preferred background in pediatric care and experience supervising pre-licensed providers
