Job Overview Ella Med Spa is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new luxury med spa location at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia , and we are currently seeking experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Licensed Estheticians to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern, upscale spa environment focused on advanced skincare treatments, beauty, wellness, and exceptional client experiences. Requirements Must hold an active and valid Esthetician License in the state of Georgia Previous experience in a med spa, spa, skincare clinic, or beauty environment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness Ability to educate clients and recommend personalized skincare solutions Sales experience is a plus Responsibilities: Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments Conduct detailed skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans Provide advanced facial and skincare services including: Chemical Peels Microdermabrasion Dermabrasion Anti-Aging & Lifting Facials Hydrating & Customized Facials Deep Cleansing Treatments LED Light Therapy Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and post-care instructions Recommend skincare products and assist with retail sales Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room organization at all times Deliver a luxury client experience from start to finish Stay informed on new skincare trends, treatments, and technologies What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities Flexible scheduling Modern luxury spa environment Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and professional team culture Opportunity to grow with a newly expanding brand Join Ella Med Spa and be part of an exciting new opening in one of Atlanta’s premier shopping destinations.
