THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an experienced, licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis — with a real path to full-time as your clientele builds. Sunday availability is required. Additional days will vary based on business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Deliver customized facial services, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing (including Brazilian), and other treatments to spa standards Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses before every service — reviewing client history, contraindications, and goals Maintain your treatment room to an impeccably clean, organized, and inspection-ready standard at all times Complete detailed, accurate client visit notes in our spa management system same-day, every service Perform warm, knowledgeable front desk handoffs after every session — communicating treatment notes, home care instructions, retail recommendations, and rebooking intervals Actively support client retention through consistent, elevated service delivery and genuine relationship-building Follow all California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations and spa sanitation protocols without exception Monitor treatment room supply levels and communicate reorder needs proactively Contribute to shared space maintenance and uphold spa standards throughout your entire shift Show up for your team — communicate clearly, follow systems, and actively participate in the culture we are building together WHO FITS BEST IN THIS ROLE This role is not just about technical skill — it is about who you are when you show up.
