Your expertise in various beauty techniques will help clients achieve their desired results and ensure they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs. Provide makeup application services for special occasions or events. Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage to enhance their results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to encourage retail sales. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to provide the best service possible. Qualifications Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium is a plus. Knowledge of nail care techniques is beneficial but not required. Experience in tattooing or makeup application is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance service offerings. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the beauty industry.
