Rojek Home Services is a top-rated independent home inspection company serving Will, Cook, DuPage, Kendall, Grundy, Kane, McHenry, and parts of Lake and Kankakee counties. We're growing and looking for a licensed, experienced Illinois home inspector who's ready to hit the ground running. What We Offer: 50% of every inspection fee — above market for this area 50% of all ancillary services you perform (radon, sewer scope, mold, WDO, pest, etc.) No franchise fees, no royalties, no corporate overhead cutting into your income Major equipment provided — FLIR thermal imager, 360 camera, GoPro, roof inspection pole Paid training period to learn our systems and templates before going to full commission Established brand with strong agent relationships and consistent referral flow across the southwest and west suburbs What We Need: Active Illinois Home Inspector license — required, no exceptions Minimum 100 completed paid inspections — include your count in your application Professional, reliable, and responsive — clients and agents expect prompt communication Your own vehicle and basic hand tools You'll learn our Spectora-based reporting system quickly. If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll be running independently within weeks, not months. This is a meritocracy — you build your book, you earn more. Rojek Home Services— rojekhomeservices.com Work Location: In person Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Conduct thorough, professional home inspections using our Spectora-based reporting system Perform ancillary services, including radon testing, sewer scope, mold inspection, and WDO/pest inspection Generate detailed, professional inspection reports that meet client and agent expectations Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and real estate agents Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inspections Build and manage your own book of business with established referral network support Deliver exceptional customer service that maintains our reputation for quality Qualifications: Active Illinois Home Inspector license (required, no exceptions) Minimum 100 completed paid inspections with a documented track record Professional, reliable, and responsive communication with clients and agents Own vehicle and basic hand tools for conducting inspections Ability to quickly learn and master our Spectora reporting system and templates Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough, quality inspections Self-motivated, meritocracy-oriented mindset — you build your book, you earn more About Company Rojek Home Services is a top-rated, independent home inspection company serving Will, Cook, DuPage, Kendall, Grundy, Kane, McHenry, and parts of Lake and Kankakee counties.
