Licensed Financial Professional & Leadership Coach About the Role We are expanding our team of Life & Health Agents (licensed or willing to become licensed) to support our fast-growing, remote financial services organization. You will learn to Meet with clients via Zoom to understand goals and create personalized financial strategies Offer insurance-based solutions (life, health, retirement, long-term care) If securities-licensed: support clients with investment strategies Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication Use digital tools to manage cases, applications, and client files Implement strategies in protection planning, debt management, cash flow analysis, and asset growth Daily activities may include: Scheduling virtual consultations Creating strategies to help clients meet financial goals Attending twice-weekly training (products + business development) Following up with clients and submitting applications What We Offer Remote, flexible schedule, PT/FT Uncapped commission income with bonuses AUM, residuals, and trails income (for securities-licensed reps) Business ownership pathway with team-building revenue Comprehensive training and mentorship Bi-annual conventions + leadership retreats Supportive, purpose-driven culture Qualifications Licensed Agents Active Life & Health license in your state Securities license (6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) are a plus Experience in insurance, finance, coaching, teaching, or sales is helpful but not required. Unlicensed Applicants (Welcome): Willing to obtain Life/Health license with our guidance Ability to pass a background check All Applicants Must Have: Strong communication skills Laptop with camera Commitment to ongoing training U.S. citizenship or work visa Compensation This is a commission-based role with no income ceiling. Average income (Years 1-3): $50,570 - $88,880 High performers & multi-licensed agents: Six figures+ Leadership roles and overrides available Schedule Remote, flexible hours, part-time or full-time Two weekly scheduled Zoom trainings
