Licensed General Counsel

A company is looking for an In-House General Counsel to lead the legal function for a direct-to-consumer health technology company. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's data privacy and protection strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor and partnership contracts Provide legal guidance on marketing claims and advertising compliance to ensure business continuity Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in healthtech, digital health, or DTC companies Experience with data privacy and consumer data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA) Strong experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Experience advising on marketing claims and advertising compliance in a DTC environment preferred
