Job Description
A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales associates while fostering a positive team environment Provide coaching, technical advice, and monitor the performance of the sales team Prepare reports and manage staffing needs, including hiring and training associates Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including one year in a supervisory role An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License Availability to work a specified schedule including rotating Saturdays Desktop computing skills including proficiency in standard business software
