Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on pain management strategies, post-treatment care, and wellness practices Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and support occupational health initiatives Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically Join us if you’re eager to bring energy and expertise into a role that transforms lives through healing touch.
