Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Provide education on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting client progress and treatment plans in accordance with medical terminology and physiology knowledge Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies when necessary Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages client retention and satisfaction Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred, especially with occupational health or pain management therapies Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in patient service, assessment, and customizing treatments based on individual needs Familiarity with advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about their health options A genuine passion for helping others achieve wellness through therapeutic touch and holistic care Join us in making a difference by providing transformative massage therapy that elevates health, relieves discomfort, and nurtures well-being.
