WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE AND SKILLED MASSAGE THERAPISTS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND BECOME THE NEXT INDUSTRY EXPERTS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in and providing refreshments, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the spa. Provide THOROUGH + personalized consultations + Adjust treatment to clients lifestyle Provides A variety of different massage services to customize to clients wishes. Maintain HIPPA + Medical Massage Board Requirments at all times Offer high-quality treatment & provide iconic customer service at all times Follows our client modesty policy at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and treatment room, & ensuring a quiet, welcoming and professional environment. Laundering & Folding linens, blankets, and towels as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance client experiences. Educate clients on post-treatment care, including product usage and lifestyle tips to maintain HEALTH + WELLNESS Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Provide proper checkout procedures for clients to pay for appointments and retail items and assist with scheduling future appointments. REQUIRMENTS Ohio Licensed Massage Therapist Experience in a spa or Medical massage background, with expertise health, well-being, and relaxation Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Passionate about wellness and client care. Strong ability to retain clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, patient, and attentive demeanor. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Able to adapt to each client and provide professional and iconic customer service.
