As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to address clients' specific needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the most appropriate treatment plan Provide exceptional patient service by actively listening to clients' concerns and tailoring treatments accordingly Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment notes Stay informed about current trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and incorporate them into practice Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the field of massage therapy Experience: Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Proficiency in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients Dedication to continuing education and professional development in the field of massage therapy Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Free massages Paid time off Work Location: In person
