Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist with specialized expertise (or interest in learning) lymphatic therapy. This is not a typical massage role —although you must be a Licensed Massage Therapist. This is a unique opportunity for a massage therapist with an interest in beauty, sculpting, and transformation, working with Brazilian lymphatic massage and body contouring treatments. These are in-demand, results-driven services with a strong and growing client base. We are looking for individuals who are interested in building a long-term career with us. Advanced lymphatic training will be provided and is a significant investment on our end, so this is not a transitional or short-term role. Details: 18–24 hours per week Mix of daytime, evenings, and weekends 6-hour shifts Who we’re looking for: Warm, friendly, and naturally upbeat Polished, professional, and confident in presentation Strong communication and people skills Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Someone who takes pride in their work A genuine interest in aesthetics and client experience Responsibilities Perform a variety of body contouring and sculpting techniques and lymphatic drainage to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with individual goals. Educate clients on the benefits of lymphatic therapy and other contouring modalities, ensuring they understand their treatment options. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by following all sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with licensing requirements. Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing education related to physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Requirements Valid licensure as a NY Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) -- specialization or certification in lymphatic therapy a bonus, otherwise will train. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Familiarity with occupational health practices and experience working within a med spa or wellness setting is preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail during each session. Commitment to ongoing professional development through continued education in massage techniques and related health sciences. Pay: From $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
